Revit MEP Modeller

Job Description
 

  • Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE & Fire Protection Services

  • Creating & editing the MEP Revit Families with Parameters.

  • Detailed modelling for HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire Protection, Services with Sections, 3D views, enlarged views, Annotation, and Detailing Quantity schedules, templates, Title sheet setting etc.

  • Should possess experience working in various BIM Discipline

  • Performing Clash Analysis within services, for all other services & solving the clashes if any.

  • Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF.

  • Generating Sections/Schedules/Schematics in models.

  • Hands-on experience on creating Fabrication Drawings, Shop Drawings, GFC Drawing etc.

  • Understanding in Contract Drawings Inputs and BIM 360 will be an added advantage.

  • Experience in Tekla & Other BIM software will be an added advantage.

 

Experience
 

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Revit projects.

  • Freshers can also apply.

Revit Architecture Modeller

Job Description
 

  • Carry out complete Architectural drawings in Revit with minimal supervision.

  • Coordination with other Disciplines Designers and Engineers as applicable.

  • Review the input received from client and understand the scope of work and then plan work accordingly.

  • Able to create and work on Custom Revit families where applicable.

  • Ability to model with LOD (Level of Detail) 400 minimum

  • Knowledge of Reading Drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, sections)

  • Knowledge of Point Cloud/ Laser scan data (Reverse Engineering)

  • Candidate should be able to visualize and produce clash free 3D model using Navisworks/Revit.

  • Knowledge of other BIM software (Archicad, Dynamo) will be appreciated

  • Must have experience on international project. 

  • Must adhere to company QA/QC process and BIM strategies.

 

Experience
 

  • Should have minimum 1 to 3 years experience in Revit Architectural detail engineering building projects.

  • Experience using associated discipline software especially Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo (will be the plus point).

  • Should have knowledge in Reserve Engineering (Point Cloud data)

  • Qualification : BE/DIP Civil / Architecture
