Imagine a job where your work isn’t appreciated, your effort goes unnoticed, and you could be replaced in an instant.
I am sure this is not a place you’d want to stay for a long time.
As a company, this isn’t the type of environment we want to encourage, because we value our employees the most and we want them to stick around. So, our most important responsibility is making our employees feel truly valued, letting them know that without them, the entire TreisTek would be worse off.

1st May, also called as International Labors’ Day, is the day to commemorate the hard work and dedication of the employees towards the organization. TreisTek has always supported its employees, irrespective of their designation, role and responsibilities. We ideally consider this day as a day to constitute annual acknowledgment towards the devotion and contributions of the employees who ensure the prosperity, strength and well-being of the company.
But keeping employees happy in any economy is hard work. Why? Because happiness is, primarily, an inside job. In other words, happiness comes from within a person. However, friends, family and employment can add to or detract from someone’s happiness level. So, if the workplace is stressful and/or painful things are happening, employees’ production goes down.
Happy employees are also satisfied and feel a sense of accomplishment in their work. They like themselves and what they do, and they find satisfaction from their work – a sense that what they do is important and meaningful. Such feelings reduce stress, which is a major factor of productivity.
When employees feel good about our force for good mission, they will increase their knowledge, skill sets and productivity along the way. This is a win-win, or also said as ‘twice as nice’.
Coming together is a beginning
Keeping together is a progress
Working together is a success
TreisTek never differentiates its employees based on race, caste, creed, gender, etc. Here, every employee is paid based on their performance. We always ensure that the fair treatment is given to everyone here. The fact is that we cannot flourish or even sustain without our employees.
